Bony upper chest? (photo)

Question

Please see my picture - can anything be done about my bony upper chest? As you can see, it's more of the rib cage that shows (my collar bone isn't too bony.) About how much would such a treatment cost and if not permanent, about how often would I need to re-do it to maintain the result? Thanks!

Dear alreadyregisteredThank you for your question and photo!  The shaping of the area above the breasts can be difficult- with risk of irregularity- due to the thinness of your tissues.  Perhaps the best result could be achieved with an oversized BRAVA pre expansion of the area and fat grafting.With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
