If I lose 15pounds after surgery were fat grafting was done to the side of my thighs .will I loose all of the fat that was placed there and what exercises should I avoid not to lose weight there

You will lose volume.  Fat cells do not multiply.  They get bigger and smaller as you get bigger and smaller.  If you lose weight, the cells will shrink.  Good luck.

Thanks for your question, You wont loose your graft, the cells that survive the fat transfer will remain there. As every other fat cell in your body, they will "loose weight" at the same rate of the others cells, so you will probably see a decrease of the size as on every other part of your body.
