Laser treatment, lower facelift, blepharoplasty and Hydrafacial. What's the best order to do these procedures?

I agree combining your facelift and blepharoplasty is the right choice and I would do those first. Once you have healed sufficiently from surgery, you can proceed with the laser treatment for your brown spots. A hydrafacial can follow that and you will likely want to perform that procedure at regular intervals to maintain your positive results.
