Backpacking and Hiking after Breast Augmentation

I am an avid hiker and backpacker. I typically carry around 40-50 pounds in my backpack for 10-13 miles per day over a period of 5-10 days. My backpack has a sternum strap, and I want to make sure that this will not adversely affect my implants (assuming I wait at least six weeks after surgery to go on an excursion). The implants are both 350cc silicone, placed under the muscle. Thank you!

Thank you for your photos.  Your issue is a large amount of skin and not enough volume of breast tissue to fill it.  One solution would be a breast lift, which would remove only some of the skin but keep all the volume.  Putting the same amount of volume inside a smaller envelope...

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined...
