49, 3 vag births, on bioident HRT. About to have prolapse surgery. Labia minora long from births, age. Aesthetically nbd, but can feel touching/untouching when I move my body; very distressing. Slight residual pudendal neuralgia issues from prior pelvic surgery that left me with sensation issues for several yrs before being corrected, so not willing to take surgical labiaplasty risks. What non surgical method most effective for shrinking? ThermiVa, Aviva, DiVaTyte, FemTite, etc - something else?

Answer: Non surgical labiaplasty We do Aviva specifically for labiaplasty but can also use Forma V, and some Morpheus 8V to help tighten tissue. You can expect at least 40% of shrinkage from using the Aviva and maybe even more with the other modalities. We would love to see you in clinic for an assessment. I hope this helps.

Answer: None exist. There isn't a non surgical energy based device that would reduce the size of your labia. I'm not clear on what you mean by "surgical labiaplasty risks". This is a very safe procedure that would not exacerbate your "residual pudendal neuralgia". Actually, your upcoming prolapse surgery is more likely to do so. Go to the link below to see hundreds of before and after photos where you will find many examples of women who had their prolapse and labial hypertrophy concerns addressed at the same time. From that link you can schedule a virtual consultation via phone or zoom, at which time we can discuss in depth your anatomy, expectations and concerns.
