What could I do to reshape upper lip? Reduction, fillers? (Photos)

How can obtain more definition on my upper lip? I feel like the inside of my top lip is exposed a lot when I smile and not in a defined falttering way. I would like more of a violin shape for my top lip. Would I need a lip reduction to remove some of the excess skin, or a lip fillers to achieve this? Thank you so much!
