Question

60 year old female. 11 months post procedure. Ellevate suture suspension / Facetite and Morpheus 8 procedure . Line and puckering immediately after procedure. Doctor loosened sutures. Now 11 months later have uneven puckering and scar. How to fix? Thank you

Since you didn’t receive your desired results from the lift and microneedling treatments, you may be a good candidate for a full facelift, possibly combined with a neck lift to address the loose skin under the jawline. These surgical procedures can reduce facial creases and fallen tissue while improving the skin’s elasticity. A facelift/neck lift could be the best option for addressing sagging skin that may be contributing to the puckering you describe. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon for a full individual analysis.

I believe that last two photos represent your current situation 11 months after lift? Very likely, you will benefit from revision, in particular correction of visible scar-muscle bands. Unable to discuss about face/jawline, which may also be included in this procedure (lower face/neck revision??).
