It has been over 2 years now since I had a smas facelift. I still do not have my complete feeling back in my face. It feels like a prickly feeling. Will I ever get my feeling back?

Right now, you still have weakness with your motor nerves on one side of your face. You should do nothing surgically for several more months. However, you could consider radiofrequency with micro-needling for tightening.
One reason the SMAS lift is not as desirable is because of this lateral sweep. Fixing this is not as easy, you have to re-lift the tissues which does not always fix the lateral sweep. Have a guarded optimism. Best of luck.
