Numbness over 2 years after SMAS facelift. Will I ever get my feeling back?

Hard to determine. What was done with your procedure/surgeon can plan a factor. Vitamin B and other have been shown to improve and repair nerves. Stay optimistic, best of luck.

With a complete facelift and neck lift, everyone experiences some areas of numbness, most commonly in front of the ears and in the neck. In most cases this returns. The usual timeframe for it to return is somewhere around one year to one and 1/2 years. It still may be possible that you will regain some of the sensation and time will tell. I am not aware of anything that can speed this process and so patience is the best way forward. Best wishes.

Since it has been two years, I do not think your sensory nerves will recover any more than what they have been able to do.
