Female 50 years 55 kg weight. I got a revision rhinoplasty, undereyelid ,fat transfer,neck lift and deep plane face lift done 4 months back but I still see jowls and loose skin and no sharp jawline.. pls advise what I should do

The question is did you get enough of a lift. This can be frustrating for many patients.  I recommend waiting at least 1 year from the date of your surgery before taking action. You can consider treating the jowls directly using threads, or filler, or consider if a revision is worth while.  Facelifts can be difficult for some surgeons which is why the surgeons experience is important. Also consider addressing your concerns with your surgeon. Best of luck.

Jowls are one of the most recurrent problems in face lift surgery. The fact that a small motor nerve brunch runs through it makes all surgeons conservative when it comes to treatment of jowls. We use small liposuction cannula for treatment of this problem in both primary and secondary cases. Revision procedure is done in local anesthesia with minimal recovery time. Discuss with your surgeon this option but wait at least 8-12 months for result to mature. Good luck.

Right now, you still have weakness with your motor nerves on one side of your face. You should do nothing surgically for several more months. However, you could consider radiofrequency with micro-needling for tightening.
