Continued numbness, pulling and burning after a facelift and neck lift in Nov 2021. Will anything help?

I was 63 when the surgery was performed. Now 65. Caucasion. Light skin type. I have tried - massage, Botox, Kenalog injections,. I have also seen two neurologists and tried Floricet, Gabipentin and Duloxetine. I am able to sleep - the pain is only when awake. I'm open to any suggestions of treatment. I'm considering acupuncture or anything that may wake up my nerves.

The fullness on the upper cheek can be a result of recruiting the superior tissue of the cheek. You may want to give this more time and if your surgeon recommends see if massage improves this area.
