Thank you for your question. I often tell patients that age isn't the most important factor to consider, rather, the individual's anatomy and concerns. I've had many facelift patients who are in their late 30s and early 40s. In fact, there is evidence that lifting in younger patients will lead to longer lasting results given that they heal faster. Regarding the type of lift used, please be sure to address your concerns with your surgeon. There are many types of facelifts out there, and nomenclature is not standardized, meaning a "mini lift" for one surgeon may mean something else to another. Regardless of what a surgeon calls a procedure, just make sure he or she knows what your concerns are and will perform the necessary steps to address them. I hope that helps, and all the best.

Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You may be a candidate for a mini facelift to provide a natural, lifted appearance. This procedure can rejuvenate the face by tightening the underlying facial muscles and repositioning them as an anchor to support the skin. The neck and jawline can also be sculpted to create a more defined jawline.
If you still find that you lack the desired volume after a mini facelift procedure, dermal fillers may be an excellent choice. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your concerns and aesthetic goals and determine the best course of action.

Thank you for your question. After examining your pictures I believe that all you need is what I call an Upper mini faceLift, which is a small incision from the top of the ear up and the hairline lifting your cheeks and jowls also. This will do a great job tightening your face. I also believe that mid face filler deep to the bone which we consider a Y lift would also be helpful.

From the pictures that I have received, I can see that the midface has lost elasticity and as you describe, it has sunk, especially on the left side.
In this situation, one of the techniques that can help you achieve your goals would be a mid facelift, with fat injections. This, if done in the appropriate depth, can give you very long-term results and improve the symmetry of the face and also help to achieve jaw definition and of course, volumise the midface.

I would start with something significantly less invasive like a Silhouette Instalift! Its a relatively quick in office procedure with minimal down time.

It is difficult to give you solid answers without a remote or in person consultation. You appear to have some sagging of the cheek and lines that run downward from your mouth (marionette lines). Minilifts, fat, filler, endoscopic lifts are all worth considering.

Getting the lower face/neck looking trimmer and tighter would be the best option and to do that without needing a minilift would be to use micro lipo + FacetiteRF and Morpheus8 under local. It is very easy and painless to undergo with only 1 day downtime.

You are quite young for a facelift. I would recommend fat grafting as a first step. If you do have excess skin from weight loss then a mini lift may be indicated.
