Every surgeon does something a little different and that applies to the incisions as well. I think it's worth asking your surgeon again about the incisions and looking at pictures of cases to see how they turned out. Making the incision in front of the ear is perfectly acceptable.

More likely than not, your facelift incisions will heal well. Location in front of ear incisions in any type of Face Lift is based solely upon the placement by the surgeon. And secondarily, upon your genetic healing potential of scars. No surgeon could ever guarantee healing/scar results. Best you discuss with your chosen surgeon to fully understand. Hi, First of all thanks for your enquiry.For your case, I highly recommend a Depp facelift. Have last long results and scars are perfect, because dosent have tension. A mini lift doesnt correct that kind ok neck.Kind regards

In general, a mini facelift gives a mini result that lasts a mini length of time with the maxi of scars. You need incisions (scars) in order to lift the skin and do the work underneath and also the incisions are where the extra skin gets removed. IMO minis are especailly weak in the front of the neck where your greatest issue is located.
