Hi, my main concern is lower part of my face sagging and nasolabial lines. What procedures do you recommend to minimize the lines and sagging?

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you may already benefit from non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures. I recommend tear trough fillers. By injecting small amounts of filler around the tear trough, the skin will become plump and supple, lifting the skin and smoothing out the visible groove in the skin. Fillers will also help address your nasolabial folds.

You may also consider laser and energy devices, including RF microneedling (Profound RF), to rejuvenate your skin, treating signs of aging while promoting collagen production. To determine the best procedures for you, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with extensive experience with injectables. Thanks for the 1 posted photo. I recommend mini Face/Neck Lift w SMAS plication + HA fillers or nano/micro fat grafts to naso labial folds, tear troughs, marionette lines, cheeks (about 6 syringes or 30 cc of nano fat) Fees in $12,000 ranges.

Based on the photograph, it appears that you would benefit significantly by doing a midface lift which would tighten the muscles, contour the fat and then remove the excess skin.  It appears that you would also benefit by doing a lower eyelid procedure to minimize the puffiness.  Surgery does NOT eliminate fine lines of the skin.  You should be on a therapeutic skin regimen to improve your skin texture.
