I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer
Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you may already benefit from non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures. I recommend tear trough fillers. By injecting small amounts of filler around the tear trough, the skin will become plump and supple, lifting the skin and smoothing out the visible groove in the skin. Fillers will also help address your nasolabial folds. You may also consider laser and energy devices, including RF microneedling (Profound RF), to rejuvenate your skin, treating signs of aging while promoting collagen production. To determine the best procedures for you, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with extensive experience with injectables. Your surgeon will assess your skin quality and facial profile, recommend the best procedure or combination of procedures, and ensure the best possible outcome.
Thanks for the 1 posted photo. I recommend mini Face/Neck Lift w SMAS plication + HA fillers or nano/micro fat grafts to naso labial folds, tear troughs, marionette lines, cheeks (about 6 syringes or 30 cc of nano fat) Fees in $12,000 ranges.
Based on the photograph, it appears that you would benefit significantly by doing a midface lift which would tighten the muscles, contour the fat and then remove the excess skin. It appears that you would also benefit by doing a lower eyelid procedure to minimize the puffiness. Surgery does NOT eliminate fine lines of the skin. You should be on a therapeutic skin regimen to improve your skin texture.
These are all natural parts of the aging process. What we can do is try preventative treatments or get a neck lift / face lift earlier in the aging process. There are numerous non-surgical options available, and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes, but you would need a...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Getting the mini lift under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort and also getting the Morpheus and TCA peel done at the same time for the whole face and neck would look amazing. It is so easy to undergo and results look so amazing and natural.
