Plz refer to my pics. I have noticed my lower face is sagging as well as my neck. I’ve lost a lot of definition. Using fillers is destroying my natural beauty , and I think the thread lift made it worse. Would a mini face / neck lift be suitable for me as a preventative to stop the sagging in its tracks? I prefer surgery. All the other things are a waste of money . Ultherapy melted away my fat and made it worse. Just want to make the right surgical choice.
Answer: You've tried many things It sounds as if you've tried many different non surgical techniques and all the side effects you listed happen but people don't think about it. It doesn't seem like much is needed. You can get a good result with a SMAS lift or of course a deep plane vertical lift.

Answer: Skin Tightening -- VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction, ThermiRF, Renuvion, Thermage, Ultherapy, Novathreads / Instalift, BodyTite These are all natural parts of the aging process. What we can do is try preventative treatments or get a neck lift / face lift earlier in the aging process. There are numerous non-surgical options available, and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes, but you would need a consultation with an expert. Some options for skin tightening include: - Thermage radiofrequency to heat the skin, tighten it over time, and prevent the aging process - Ultherapy high-intensity ultrasound to contract the muscle, tighten the face and neck, and prevent the aging process - PDO NovaThreads or InstaLift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long-term collagen production - Sculptra injections for collagen production to areas of the face and neck with crepey skin or early sagging - BTL Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Thermi250 for monthly collagen stimulation with facials - ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma), or Inmode BodyTite for internal heating and tightening with or without surgery - Fillers (or facial implants) to contour the jawline and chin to improve the appearance of the neck - Face lift / neck lift with fat grafting and fillers if you need a significant improvement I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Mini facelift You could probably get away with doing just fillers, giving you instant results without any scarring. If though, you are looking for longer lasting results, then I would recommend an upper mini facelift. This incision is in the hairline and will not be noticeable. This procedure lasts for 5 years and will give you the results that you are looking for.Dr Eric Seiger

Answer: Candidate for a facelift: Here's what you need to know Hello, and thank you for providing photos along with your question. Based on your photos and your preference for a surgical approach, you may be a candidate for a mini facelift. A mini facelift is a minimally-invasive surgical procedure that’s less aggressive than a traditional facelift or a neck lift with platysmaplasty. A mini facelift might be your best choice if you have early signs of aging, such as slight jowl formation and mild to moderate skin laxity. To determine your eligibility for any procedure, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Specific techniques and steps for performing a mini lift can vary from surgeon to surgeon. Finding the most skilled, experienced facial plastic surgeon to perform your surgery can help you safely achieve your desired results. Facial plastic surgeons only perform procedures on the face, therefore, their knowledge of facial anatomy and refined techniques ensure you enjoy the best possible results from your procedure.

Answer: A Mini Facelift is a Great Option To Address Lower Face Sagging Thank you for your questions and pictures! To answer your question based on the pictures the you have provided, a mini facelift may be a great option for you! It will address the lower part of your face and yes, your face is going to look better than it would have without the surgery! There are never any guarantees of course with any procedure whether it is surgical or nonsurgical in nature. I'd recommend not getting into the mindset of thinking the jowls or neck skin will be 100% gone with a mini facelift or neck lift as this might lead to disappointment. It is always best to consider that an area will be much improved and discuss how much with your plastic surgeon. Surgery is not for everyone. In today's day and age, there are many nonsurgical options to consider although surgery usually gets the most improvement specifically of the neck and jowls. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of mini facelifts and neck lifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I hope this helps. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right. Have a great day.
