(18yr old female) I am looking for a permanent option to fix my gummy smile ; I am aware of less invasive procedures with injections, but I am trying to stay away from that as I highly dislike needles and it doesn't last very long. I want to know if gummy smile surgery would be 'worth it' in my case. :) On a side note, I'm looking at a lip lift possibly in addition - would this be recommended?

The shape of the lip does not change after the surgery for the gummy smile. It just brings the inside attachment of the lip lower on the gums to cover more of your gums and teeth.
