It is most likely cartilage under the skin either your own tip cartilage or from a cartilage graft. If it’s from a graft it could be removed if you desire

You appear to have thin nasal skin and I suspect you are seeing your operated tip cartilage through your tip skin. This may have become more noticeable with time as your swelling resolved. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for adding tip volume to restore tip symmetry. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

What is the “bump” on the tip of your nose? It appears that what you are seeing is the dome of your lower lateral Cartlidge. In people with strong, thick tip Cartlidge and thin overlying skin the Cartlidge can show through two prominently.

The photos demonstrate residual lower lateral alar cartilage in tip. Only tip revision surgery can correct this. This is not scarring. Fee $5,000+ Best to return to chosen operative surgeon or seek in person or virtual consults.
