Does Upneeq help with under eye bags?

My upper eyelid hooding is asymmetric and more pronounced when I smile. I also have very noticeable under eye bags. Does upneeq help with under eye bags too?

Upneeq does not effect the lower lid area. If these are truely bags they are likely due to fat herniation and lower blepharoplasty is likely the ideal choice.

Thank you for your question.  The medication you discussed provides a transitory, 6-8 hour elevation of the upper eyelid only and will have no effect on your lower eyelids.

Puffiness of the lower eyelid is caused by the protrusion of normal fat around the eyeball.  Correction of eye bags requires a surgical procedure called a lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

If in addition to puffy lower eyelid you have a dark circles under the I then a more advanced procedure called a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with arcus marginalis release and fat grafting will be required.
