I have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis due to levator aponeurosis disinsertion. I was just wondering if eye drops, such as Upneeq, can be used to treat the type of eye ptosis in question. Thanks in advance.

Upneeq does not effect the lower lid area. If these are truely bags they are likely due to fat herniation and lower blepharoplasty is likely the ideal choice.
To answer your question: can I use Upneeq with a history of implanted lenses (uncomplicated cataract surgery)? Short answer: Yes, for most standard surgeries this will not cause issues and should be used only after a full recovery from your surgery and after an evaluation by your Ophthalmologist...
Upneeq will definitely not have any effect on the longevity or effectiveness of Botox. It has been proven to significantly improve lid ptosis and typically will last around 12 hours.
