Can breast implants be used as an alternative to butt implants?

This is a bad idea for several reasons. One, breast implants are not made as strong/durable as buttock implants. So they are much more likely to rupture and cause severe inflammation and scar tissue problems within the buttock. Second, breast implants are spherical and not the proper shape for the buttock. The only FDA approved gluteal implants in the United States are solid. Breast implants whether Celine or silicone do not have the strength and integrity to tolerate the pressure of being sat on over a long periods of time.
If silicone implants are used the chance of rupture would be high and this will cause extrusion of all silicone implant material into your tissues.
The majority of plastic surgeons in the United States do not offer gluteal implants. It is one single procedure most surgeons do not perform.
There’s a reason for that.
The procedure has very high complication and failure rate some of which can be devastating and cause disfigurement.
Anybody interested in this procedure should choose one of the few board-certified plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively ingredient station and has efficient school an experience to do the procedure correctly. Success seems to be correlated with intramuscular placement limiting implant size toward can anatomically fit within the gluteus muscle.
I suggest you consider having a few second opinion consultations before moving forward.
What you describe sounds like a poor idea and also inappropriate.

Breast implants are composed of a thin silicone rubber shell filled with either saline or viscous silicone and are prone to rupture with application of significant external pressure. They are round or teardrop shaped. Buttock implants are hemicircular with the concave side against the muscle and are composed of solid silicone rubber. They are totally different entities!Buttock implants come in a variety of sizes. There is no reason to insert a breast implant into the buttock.
