Would there be any contraindication in getting a blepharoplasty (upper) a week or two before/after I have my BBL done?

If you were my patient I would do both at the same surgery. However, I see no problem with having the bleph first and proceed with the BBL 1-2 weeks later. Good luck.

As long as you are healthy you should be able to undergo these procedures. The upper blepharoplasty is not a major surgery and will have a very quick recovery. I would double check  with the surgeon who is performing your BBL first to get approval before committing to a blepharoplasty beforehand. Also, you should get a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial plastic surgery who can examine you or do a virtual consultation if you are from out of town, discuss your goals, and show you before/after photographs to give you a better idea of the type of results you can expect to get.
