Would there be any contraindication in getting a blepharoplasty (upper) a week or two before/after I have my BBL done?

There should be no problem having the eyelid surgery done before the BBL.  We do the eyelid surgery with either local or local sedation anesthesia, so you should be fine by the time you have the BBL.

If you were my patient I would do both at the same surgery. However, I see no problem with having the bleph first and proceed with the BBL 1-2 weeks later. Good luck.

As long as you are healthy you should be able to undergo these procedures. The upper blepharoplasty is not a major surgery and will have a very quick recovery. I would double check  with the surgeon who is performing your BBL first to get approval before committing to a blepharoplasty beforehand. Also, you should get a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial plastic surgery who can examine you or do a virtual consultation if you are from out of town, discuss your goals, and show you before/after photographs to give you a better idea of the type of results you can expect to get. I do not see any problems doing the blepharoplasty soon after the BBL. In fact we do them at the same time in our patients that need it.

 As long as you're in good health, it is possible to perform these two procedures a week apart. It's also best  to separate two general anesthesia  about a month apart. It might be best to perform the upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a procedure where the buttocks are enhanced and "lifted" by increasing the soft tissue volume of the buttocks through fat grafting procedures.  Postoperatively, the patient must avoid pressure on the grafted buttocks.  In order to have eyelid surgery performed, you must be able to lie/sit on your buttocks.  After your eyelid surgery, you will need to maintain head elevation by sitting with your head elevated. Therefore, you should consult with your surgeon performing the BBL, as to how long you need to avoid sitting/lying on your buttocks.  Most surgeon's would recommend at least 4-6 weeks (I prefer 8 weeks).  You could proceed with your desired eyelid surgeries first, maintain head elevation for 1-2 weeks, and then proceed with your BBL.Good luck with your surgeries!
