I’m a 35 year old female with no previous rhinoplasty done. My nose tip deviates to the left, I have overall facial asymmetry due to bone structure but I thought rhinoplasty may help at least in some ways. My septum ialso deviated to the right but I have no negative symptoms from it.. if I were to do surgery would I require a septoplasty to fix the issue, or would it be possible to just fix the top and reshape the cartilage to make it more centred? I just want to bring some harmony to my face !

Hello, If the trauma was strong, it might have caused a fracture in the bridge of your nose. It is better to see a rhinoplasty surgeon who can examine you properly and see what options are available for you.
