Filler injections, gluteal implants, and lipofillings are the main procedures to enlarge the hip and buttock with adjuvant of waist liposuction or rib narrowing to reduce the core and make the hip look bigger. Avoid Filler injection, but the rest of the methods depend on your need. From the picture that you sent, the lady has a tiny waist and a significant hip. You can see yourself in the mirror and compare with her to know what you need to get her shape. Is enlarge the hip enough? (lipofilling, gluteal implant, or both will do the trick), or do you need a smaller waist too? (smaller waist may require liposuction of the abdomen or narrowing of the rib), then consult a plastic surgeon to see what procedure you should have to get what you want. If you have enough fat to harvest, fat injections would be the initial approach. If not enough fat or fat injections that have failed to provide adequate volume, buttock and hip implants would be needed.

Are the postsurgical transwomen photos you are reviewing actual before and after photos from a plastic surgeon? Or are they photos by people on Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Facebook, etc. that have likely been heavily airbrushed, filtered, or photoshopped? First step is to find a plastic surgeon who does this type of surgery and to review actual before and after pictures that have not been adulterated. Before and after photo review is necessary because what one starts with influences what one ends with.
