I would seek another opinion. I see areas that have volume loss which would respond to filler. Etched in lines seem to improve with Restylane Refyne/Defyne. It is hard to say what "happened" without looking at before pictures. I do know that Infini is safe when done correctly - proper depths, settings, and technique. A series of PRP treatments might also be beneficial. Dr. Lim is a good source in Australia for acne scar treatments and he has experience with the Infini.

Would be good to hear what others have to say. Too much treatments by different methods makes it very hard for Specialist to know what was placed where by previous doctors. There are certain facts- lasers and Infini if perfumed correct will not destroy fat. Certainly if the needle was at maximal levels and pulse stacking ( e.g.. 3.5 mm, long pulse duration , and many shots fired), in theory it may cause fat atrophy, Dr Steve Weiner is probably the best International expert on this theory, however he's on holidays in Sydney ATM.  I recently presented a paper on stability of HA fillers at the 8 week mark following INFINI RF treatments, that reflect Allergan's view point on fillers and heat. They sterilise fillers at 120 degrees for over 15 minutes, so unlikely the 'melting' effect. Moving on, if you are in Sydney, the best Specialist there would be Dr Adrian Lim, or Dr Natasha Cook.
