3 days after Infini, my skin has redness. How long until it heals?

I had infiny done on my cheeks 3 days back. Bt still the face looks red and tiny tiny pimples on it. Also a grid is formed on my face. Im worried when my face will look clean and this redness fades away as im gng to have function after a week.

Redness following infini treatments is normal. It will last up to one week following your treatment. The grid pattern may last up to 2 weeks. If the redness lasts longer, topical steroids may be indicated. It is very important one stays out of the sun following this treatment. Please see your doctor if you have any concerns.

It should be a maximum of 3-5 days. It is important that darker skin types don't stay red for a prolonged period of time for there is a risk of hyperpigmentation. LED therapy, PRP, steroids, topicals, lasers can all be used to calm down the redness. Grid marks can last a couple weeks and will almost always go away if the procedure was performed properly.
