I just got 3 passes of infini RF done. 3.5, 3.0, and 2.5 mm were the depths. My main concern was some scarring and VERY scarred and enlarged pores. The laser technician told me not to use aquaphor. She told me to use this Provoque serum, but it cost $200. I have some leftover Procell Therapies growth serum left at the house and told her I would use that until it finishes. But the Procell growth serum is hardly enough moisturizer for me. So what should I moisturize with?

I also do not recommend aquaphor following an infini treatment. It can clog pores and cause white bumps. I do not recommend any ointments for 4 hours after a treatment to allow the skin to close the pores. I personally like a very mild moisturizer that just keeps the skin from drying out.

I would not recommend aquaphor. It can cause more acne. I don't think those depths are appropriate. I wouldn't go deeper than 2.5 on the face. In darker skin types, I wouldn't go more shallow than 2.0mm. A good moisturizer that doesn't cause acne like Cetaphil can be used.

Aquaphor and all petroleum products are highly discouraged after infini-- they clog pores and cause multiple white heads. Use a light moisturizer as needed, preferably a high quality one with no comedogenic ingredients.
