Can you lower the position of the top jaw and correct teeth to improve appearance of smile?

Hello RS Doctors, Can you lower the top jaw to another position so that the teeth are more visible plus improve the smile with cosmetic dentistry? More so, can you remove the gummy part in between front teeth? Thank you

Jaw surgery is a larger procedure, but it will be more beneficial in the long run. Not only will it address your aesthetic concerns, but will improve your bite as well. You should see a cranio-maxillo facial surgeon (surgeon who socializes in jaw surgery). I would advise starting with a consultation and seeing what they have to say. Without more information or photos, it is hard to give you advise, but I would start there.
