Hello, I wanted to know what would be the best options for correcting my extremely asymmetrical jaw line. I like the left side of the jaw more, it seems more developed. Also I included skeletal photos from another doctor, is the asymmetry something that can be fixed by chewing on the right side more? How safe are various procedures in the long term?

Hello! Jaw surgery - such as a genioplasty - can certainly help to balance your profile. A chin implant is another option. A rhinoplasty can also help to create more harmony. Deprojecting your nose and removing the hump would be good starting points to consider. Seek consultation with a facial...
Your images demonstrate a shorter dimension to the chin which makes the chin appear prominent. One can readily change its 3 dimensional position for improved balance if that is a goal.
You have a vertical facial growth pattern and the 'width' of the jaw is quite tapered. The ramus/back of the jaw is also short and narrow which makes the chin and face look longer. The answer is to augment the ramus, and establish a natural jawline both from the front and in profile.
