I can pay for any surgery, but I need advice on what to do. I have enough money to perform any surgical procedure I “need” to improve my aesthetics, but I don’t know much about the terminology to even discuss this with a surgeon on what I can and want to improve. I’m here to ask for critiques and suggestions on what to do to improve my aesthetics to the maximum allowed by my genetics.
