What are your suggestions to improve my aesthetics to maximum allowed by my genetics? (Photos)

Question

I can pay for any surgery, but I need advice on what to do. I have enough money to perform any surgical procedure I “need” to improve my aesthetics, but I don’t know much about the terminology to even discuss this with a surgeon on what I can and want to improve. I’m here to ask for critiques and suggestions on what to do to improve my aesthetics to the maximum allowed by my genetics.

You appear to be a candidate for jaw surgery. I would consider speaking with a cranio-maxillo facial surgeon first before cosmetic surgery. Jaw surgery is a major procedure, but it would fix most of your aesthetic issues, as well as improving your bite and other problems you may have (jaw pain, sleep apnea...) If you are sure you do not want to go that route, a genioplasty with jawline contouring would get you a decent outcome. It would bring your chin forward and balance out some of the asymmetry. It would also improve the labiomental fold, and decrease the shadowing on your chin. You may also consider a rhinoplasty, to smooth out the bridge of your nose and decrease the nostril flare.

Hi Marlon! Thanks for the questions. There may be many good options for you. Upon evaluating your photos, a genioplasty which advances the chin would be a good choice. A chin implant is another similar procedure though the outcomes / risks / benefits are different. A rhinoplasty to downsize your nose a touch could also create better harmony. Rhinoplasty is a great procedure to enhance aesthetics especially if done well and naturally. Seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more about what may be best. Genioplasty and rhinoplasty in my opinion would be good starting points. Hope this helps!
