I have Class one Malocclusion overbite and was wondering if double jaw surgery would improve my facial appearance more than getting 3-4mm vertically advanced on my chin via a vertical sliding genioplasty. I'm looking to improve my chin area as it drops short vertically speaking when looking at it relative to the rest of the face. Many thanks
