Would like to know if there is any plastic surgeon here in Melbourne Australia that would to a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction on a plus size woman. l am 52 non smoker 93kgs and 5ft 4. No health issuse l have seen some great results on plus size women from overseas and wondering why doctors here don't do it l understand the health risks but need this apron to be gone l have trouble losing weight been stable at this weight for years despite diet and exercise. Hoping to be helped.

For health and safety reasons, best to be at a BMI less than 30 or within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stable at that weight for 6 months prior to surgery for optimal results.

The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.
