i really dislike my nose. hate the shape and the length. also dislike the proportion between the base of my nose and upper lip.

Although it is impossible to make an exact diagnosis and plan from images,you do appear to be a candidate for rhinoplasty.Rhinoplasty can be used to change the shape and size of the nose. The bone and cartilage can be shaved down to reduce a dorsal hump. The nose can be shortened to make it appear smaller as well as to open the upper lip area. Fine suturing of the cartilages can give the tip more shape and definition.The first step to exploring your options for nasal surgery is to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who regularly performs rhinoplasty.
