Do I need a nose job & what would I have done to correct it?

Hi Jess.  Remember that cosmetic surgery is a want and not a need.  If you are truly unhappy with the appearance of your nose then a full rhinoplasty is indicated in your case.  This is where the hump is shaved down, the nose made thinner and the tip more refined.  The nose can also be made shorter to give a more feminine appearance.RegardsDamien

The bone and cartilage can be shaved down to reduce a dorsal hump. The nose can be shortened to make it appear smaller as well as to open the upper lip area.
