i really dislike my nose. hate the shape and the length. also dislike the proportion between the base of my nose and upper lip.
Answer: #rhinoplasty Hi Jess. Remember that cosmetic surgery is a want and not a need. If you are truly unhappy with the appearance of your nose then a full rhinoplasty is indicated in your case. This is where the hump is shaved down, the nose made thinner and the tip more refined. The nose can also be made shorter to give a more feminine appearance.RegardsDamien

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for sending images. Although it is impossible to make an exact diagnosis and plan from images, you do appear to be a candidate for rhinoplasty.Rhinoplasty can be used to change the shape and size of the nose. The bone and cartilage can be shaved down to reduce a dorsal hump. The nose can be shortened to make it appear smaller as well as to open the upper lip area. Fine suturing of the cartilages can give the tip more shape and definition. The first step to exploring your options for nasal surgery is to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who regularly performs rhinoplasty. They can perform a full exam and give you an overall analysis and plan.

Answer: Closed rhinoplasty candidate, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Rhinoplasty Surgery Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. Rhinoplasty is surgery to reshape the nose. It can make the nose larger or smaller; change the angle of the nose in relation to the upper lip; alter the tip of the nose; or correct bumps, indentations, or other defects in the nose.Rhinoplasty is not a procedure with a set series of steps. Each operation is unique and is customized for the specific anatomy and goals of the person undergoing the procedure.Your surgeon will also discuss in detail which changes to the outside shape of the nose are realistic and how they are achieved. Photographs of the nose will be taken prior to surgery in different planes and you may discuss your wishes and expectations with the surgeon with the help of these photographs. Some surgeons utilize computer simulation in order to show you better how the nose may look like after surgery. Of course, simulated images can never perfectly predict the final result, but some surgeons and patients feel it is a helpful instrument for the pre-surgical discussion.Your surgeon will also talk to you about the risks, benefits and possible complications of rhinoplasty procedures. The discussion includes the type of anesthesia you will undergo. General anesthesia is more frequently performed; local anesthesia with sedation may also be utilized.
