Non surgical nose job: how many times is too much to avoid complications?

Temporary gel HA nasal fillers rarely may result in infection, necrosis, or embolism. I don't know if anybody can answer the question, when this will occur, or if it will occur. The skill of your surgeon is certainly important for achieving a desired result. There is no reason why the procedure cannot be repeated as often as desired, just as any other area of the face.  Regarding risk, the nose is a higher-risk area for vascular occlusion, so repeating the procedure exposes you to this risk every time.  I recommend always using a reversible hyaluronic acid filler in case of vascular compromise.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you had with your previous rhinoplasty.  It is very reasonable to repeat the filler injections over time.  There are always risks with filler injections in the nose but the physician injecting your nose can discuss these with you and how they pertain to your anatomy and injection sites.
