I also have an overactive muscle on one side of the tip. My smile with teeth is what makes me most self conscious, so although I have a small bump on the bridge I'm more concerned with the tip. I have spoken to surgeons who have said rhinoplasty probably won't achieve what I'm after. What are my options?

If one has a crooked nose following a nasal fracture and it has healed in place, it is extremely unlikely that another nasal fracture would allow it to be straightened. Most likely, the nose would break in areas that did not allow it to be straightened. A plastic surgeon would evaluate your nose...
