In the interest of getting the procedures done with and the healing over all at once, I'm wondering if I could have 2 surgeries (rhino + labiaplasty) performed by 2 different doctors in the same session or very close together. Most docs don't specialize in both procedures so I'd have to see 2 surgeons. Could I get the labiaplasty first and go in for rhino while I was still healing?

Answer: To aesthetic procedures can be performed by two separate surgeon's if the schedule can be coordinated. What you describe is really not that uncommon. Often times the issue is coordinating the schedule of the surgeon's.

Answer: Multiple procedures There are likely several surgeons in your area that would be quite good at performing both rhinoplasty and labiaplasty surgery. And completing them at the same time would not be contra-indicated. Trying to find two different surgeons that would be able to complete them at the same time would be unusual. If that is your preference, you might want to look into an academic practice or a large group practice that has several surgeons that utilize the same operating facilities. Otherwise, the logistics will be cumbersome.

It is hard to get two separate plastic surgeons available at the same time and cost may be prohibitive. Remember, also, that labiaplasty can sometimes be performed under local anesthesia in the office (most that I do are performed this way) and a rhinoplasty could be scheduled shortly thereafter. All things equal, one would schedule the rhinoplasty after a labiaplasty if general anesthesia is contemplated.
