7/6/18 surgery date. Bulging on lower left, weird vertical 'slot' belly button and im still very flabby in the upper abdomen, moreso on the right. PS now wants to revise doing a longer horizontal incision along with a vertical incision from navel to horizontal incision. With the repositioning my belly button. Please see photo of the new scars i would have. Does this sound like a good technique for me? 60kgs, 5'5", 39yo.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having from your tummy tuck. From your description you need to be closely followed by your surgeon. If the infection is not resolving further action is needed. Contact your surgeon promptly to discuss your findings.
