Anything to make my head bigger?

I measured the circumference and it was 21'', i am tall, skinny, and have a bit of a long neck. I want to get chin and jaw implants (and maybe cheek implants), and nose job. (they will make the shape better, but won't do anything for the overall size of my head). Is there implants or something to make your head bigger? I'm a male, and 20, i always hated my small head thank you

Custom skull implants can be made from the patient's 3D CT scan to make the entire head bigger and somewhat taller. They can be placed through smaller scalp incisions than a full coronal approach.

Dear Pinhead, yes there is an implant that can be custom made. It is a very big surgery that requires a large incision from ear to ear (coronal incision) Prior to your procedure you will need to have a Ct scan of your head then some treatment planning session with a custom implant company. I have used solid silastic silicone implants. Best of luck
