I measured the circumference and it was 21'', i am tall, skinny, and have a bit of a long neck. I want to get chin and jaw implants (and maybe cheek implants), and nose job. (they will make the shape better, but won't do anything for the overall size of my head). Is there implants or something to make your head bigger?
