May 15, 2014, Rhino and Medium silicon winged implant. I am 35 years old 1320lbs. Unhappy with overhanging tissue and the fatty pad underneath lip chin crease. It looks witchy and old to me. When I scrunch bottom lip up. The chin pad swirls and dimples to right side. Some days are worse than others (size of fatty pad) The after pictures where taken a week apart to show fluctuation. Worried about the chin ptosis, not speaking/smiling well for 3 months again.

It sounds like removal of that implant may be best for you as the implant may be a bit too large.  Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon, you may both decide to use a smaller implant or remove it all together. Given that it was placed through an intra-oral incision, I would remove it through there as well. Best wishes.

Yes, it seems that it might be best to have the implant removed.  While it's difficult to determine from these photos, it does seem a bit large and possibly even improperly positioned.  I assume that you have spoken to the surgeon about your concerns.  Removing it should not be difficult but the question then becomes whether to replace it with a smaller implant or just leave it out completely.  Good luck to you.
