I'm 16 years old with gynecomastia, in addition I have a weak chin, overbite and a large nose which I had broken thus its protruding outwards since I was 13. I also have a cross-bite and a small mouth. I'm 180cm very broad shouldered and due to all this I have a small face/head. All of these issues combined makes me very self conscious and has caused me to being bullied my entire life, what can I do about thus? The last image is me opening my jaw, is something better than that possible?

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant From the photos that you submitted, it does appear that you would benefit from a rhinoplasty in addition to a chin implant. This will create more harmony with the facial structures/features. Without seeing how your teeth come together, it is difficult to determine your occlusion and if you would require any corrective jaw surgery. If your occlusion is normal, you will likely only need to address your concerns with a chin implant and rhinoplasty. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist to get a thorough examination.

Answer: I have an overbite, weak chin, long nose. I am sorry you are bullied...you are a very handsome young man. Yes, you do have a bit of a weak chin which can easily be corrected with an implant or even filler to project the chin forward. Adding this projection will give better balance to the lower half of your face. Yes, a rhinoplasty can help define the nose better. Adding angularity to your face can easily be done through implants and/or surgery. See the link below to see how just adding a bit of filler can give you a more angular face.
