I'm not happy with my hairline, I'd like to get the receding area sorted. What Norwood Pattern am I and how many grafts will I need? I always had a high hairline naturally so don't really want to bring it down too much, just sort out the thinning in the front and the bald sides

Hi, It looks like you should try scrubbing off the scabs they should have fallen out by day 7 to 10 max. I would recommend calling your DR. and visiting for a follow up.

The grafts seem to be spaced appropriately for the amount of area covered. Use minoxidil topical nightly and be patient for the next several months for the bulbs to sprout.
