You are a Norwood 3 and possibly going to a 5 or 6. You need to definitely be on finasteride to stop further loss and then get at least 2500 grafts if not more.

Usually for cases like this, in which we restoring the frontal forelock and hairline, at a minimum of 2500 FUE grafts would be required. Keep in mind that on average there are 2 hairs in a graft, so around 5000 hairs would be harvested and implanted.

You're a Class 3. To fill the temples, you need about 2,500 grafts. If your hair loss is still progressive, you're recommended to take Finasteride to prevent further hair loss.
