Can I do hair transplant & otoplasty in a short time period?

I have done year ago Hair-Transplant. Now I like to do a second session and an Otoplasty too. Can I do both surgeries in one short-period like (1Week, 2Week or 3Weeks Gap between both )? If I can what should I do first ? Lastly, which country (Turkey or Thailand) has more success rate in both surgeries ? Please note that I don't smoke or drink and my health is very good. Please advice me and Thank You a lot :)
