Is this a suture granuloma? (Photo)

It's really impossible to say from the photograph. This indeed could be a reaction to suture or could be some independent skin problem. Visit your surgeon.

If you are not near your surgeon or they are not responsive, consider scheduling an appointment to be evaluated by another Plastic Surgeon.  Your concern cannot be addressed in an online forum.

Sorry for your problem. This does look like a suture infection and might need treatment. Many times these will resolve with antibiotics, and you could get these from a local doctor. If this does not resolve, then surgery might be necessary. I would suggest that you follow up the original surgeon for treatment. Good luck. 

Without examining you it's difficult to know for sure but it looks like it's anterior to the suture line, which makes it unlikely to be a suture granuloma. It's best to go back to your surgeon and ask them as they will know exactly what was done during surgery. Best of luck!

It is always difficult to assess online. I would ask your PS what stitches were used and where these were placed and what they would recommend. Generally if stitches are dissolvable then one would wait for them to dissolve. At 24 days there is still time for things to settle. I would get reassurance from your PS

Due to its position it does not appear to be a suture granuloma. In fact it is difficult to say what it is without physical examination. I would return to your surgeon for examination and treatment as needed.

It is very difficult to tell what that is from the photos, but it doesn't look like a suture granuloma.
