I have a square very full & asymmetrical face, that's also starting to droop though I am 30 & within healthy weight range. Are there any options to help slim my face& make it more feminine/defined? suggestions have been buccal fat removal, laser lipo &/or chin & cheek fillers, but not sure of the result this would achieve given that fat & muscle is not a very high % & the main culprit appears to be bone structure. I have tried botox for jaw muscles and some fillers. Would appreciate any advice!
