My moles have been checked by derm to be non-cancerous. One doctor is offering CO2 laser and another is offering Erbium laser for my flat moles. I have a fair few of them on my face. I have read that Erbium laser gives better result than Co2 laser because it transmits less heat and does less damage? My main concern is recovering from the indentation that the laser causes and discolouration. I don't want to dent and I don't discolouration. Thank you. Stay safe!

I recommend getting an in-person formal evaluation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with a laser, radiowave or shave. If there is any scarring or pigmentation following the removal, your dermatologist can treat those conditions as well. See an expert. Best, Dr....
Appears to be a significant chemical burn and now a permanent depressed scar -- that may be very challenging to treat. I suggest seeing a Dermatologist that specializes in burn care/scars. I am uncertain if filler will improve that scar.
