I have hundreds of moles all over my body (attached is a picture of my shoulder/upper arm as an example). Most of my moles are flat and do not protrude from the skin. I'd like to have all of them removed without scarring. Cost does not matter. What is the best method to have this done?

Appears to be a significant chemical burn and now a permanent depressed scar -- that may be very challenging to treat. I suggest seeing a Dermatologist that specializes in burn care/scars. I am uncertain if filler will improve that scar.
