Had a great experience with Dr. Moak! I scheduled an appointment due to a reoccurring skin issue near my lip. My appointment time time was 8:30 and I was called back right on time. The nursing staff was very inviting and easy to talk to. Dr. Moak has a kind demeanor and was willing to listen to my medical concerns. After a thorough examination, he felt the best case of action was to skin biopsy so we could rule out potential skin cancer concerns. Upon return of biopsy results, future appointments will be scheduled as needed.

I met Dr. Moak when he joined my ENT group where I've been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Moak performed a compound graft on my nose 3/16/20 at Waterman Hospital. He removed cartilage from my right ear and grafted it into the bell of my right nostril to repair a defect left from a pervious surgery by another MD. He also reconstructed all the cartilage inside my nostril where it had turned inward making breathing laborious. This work allows me to breathe effortlessly, my chronic sinus problems to drain properly, and cosmetically the size of the right nostril is more natural. 

I have totally healed in the past month, was not in pain following surgery, except for my ear where the graft was taken, and I greatly appreciate his expertise and surgical skills. My surgical site was all scar tissue from previous work and he wisely ordered a special medication that encouraged blood flow in this scar tissue to help it heal better and faster. This surgeon is amazing, easy to talk with and he really listened to me! He has followed me closely for the past month to ensure proper healing and I am a very happy and grateful patient. 

Following my surgery, Dr. Moak checked on me in Recovery and saw me before I was discharged. And the next morning. He is very personable and caring. It is obvious the staff at Waterman and his office staff enjoy working with this exceptionally skilled ENT/facial plastic surgeon. I knew from the first time he saw me that my outcome would be exactly what would make my nose function properly after 6 months of problems with another plastic surgeon. 

There are none better in Central Florida than Dr. Samuel Moak and I am grateful he joined the ENT practice where I go. My surgery and recovery went perfectly, I was not concerned because he kept me informed all the way, and his follow up is excellent. I personally can highly recommend this amazing surgeon!

Dr Moak was professional, timely and knowledgeable. Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations. The office was spotless, his staff was kind and helpful and he spent extra time to answer all of my questions. I would strongly recommend him to my family and friends!
