When I smile my nostrils flare out and my nose is quite wide across my face. Will Botox be able to slim this? I am trying to avoid a full cosmetic rhinoplasty! Thank you
Answer: Botox Thanks for your question. Botox may potentially help in reducing how much the nostrils come up to the sides of the face when smiling, as that is done by a muscle. Unfortunately, Botox does not reduce the width of the nasal base nor does it reduce the size of the nostrils.
