In some cases the dark circles are caused by environmental allergens. Not sure if you have seasonal allergies but this treatment is very inexpensive and worth a try.

56yo female; I am looking to see what procedures to consider for my dark circles &amp; under eye lines.

You might want to look into getting Ulthera treatments. Using the 1.5 transducer would reduce the wrinkles in the area while also reducing the appearance of the Malar bags.

Botox beneath my eye line makes my malar bags look worse. So I ask what procedure I could have to reduce these particular wrinkles. My plan was to get botox regularly to prevent wrinkles. Forehead and eye area. I think fillers would also make the bag more pronounced? I’ve not had fillers before. I’ve heard a mini facelift ( say in ten years, not now ) would be inappropriate? Photos are of untreated face. No botox for 7 months.

I would recommend getting the BBL before getting CoolSculpting, to in sure you have the right amount of fat for the procedure. After getting the surgery it might reduce your concerns and void the CoolSculpting all together.

Is there a certain amount of time I should wait after doing Coolsculpting to get a surgical BBL?

Will CoolSculpting on thighs affect results of BBL & fat transfer from my thighs in the future?

No other fat reduction devices go through the process of obtaining approval from the FDA, like CoolSculpting has. I would say that the devices like CoolSculpting would be either ineffective or show some safety concerns as well. You'll only be damaging your skin causing potential tissue damage or numbness.

Wondering about this, given the proliferation of such devices on e.g. Amazon.

Are any of the at-home CoolSculpting or other fat reduction devices effective?

At our practice, MLT, we also have the most up to date Cool Sculpting technology, the Cool Sculpting Elite machine. Cool Sculpting, unlike Liposuction, is non-invasive and has little to no down time. Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia or PAH occurs in a small number of patients, the statistic is about 1 out of every 3,000 CoolSculpting treatment cycles. If worse comes to worst, Liposuction will be able to fix the PAH

I want to try this on my abdomen and had a consult but still very scared of PAH. I like that it’s noninvasive but don’t want to end up with a side effect that I regret and is it much less helpful than Lipo? I’m within a healthy BMI and 12-15 pounds from my target weight.

CoolSculpting does not show much results after only one session. We recommend at least two before you see more of the results that you are looking for. It is also hard to see your results off of the inconsistent location and clothing of the photos.

I had coolsculpting done 3 months ago on October 1st 2022, two on my lower abdomen and one on each flank. I'm really disappointed with the photos that were taken and I can't tell if I'm seeing any results. I made an appointment to have two more on my lower abs and 4 more on my flanks next month. Unfortunately my underwear was tight in my befores so there's a bigger bulge because of that.

The short answer is yes. All filler can migrate some. If the injections are not deep enough the filler can move and also cause a tiny pouch. Under eye filler in particular comes with many challenges. I like to address the upper face as a whole and not just focus on under the eye. Dealing with dark circles or the hollow that develops as you age is frustrating but it is an area that is front of mind for most people. I would suggest a couple different consultations from different providers because solutions vary and each person is different.

Shingles is not a contraindication of CoolSculpting and you should be okay getting this procedure done again. Make sure you contact a board-certified physician or other experienced practitioners for safe and effective results.

I had coolsculpting done to my arms and shortly after I had a shingles outbreak on my arm. I want to do cool mini on my neck but I’m worried about the another shingles outbreak. Is it advised not to coolsculpting if I’ve had shingles, or can I take an antiviral meds before?

It isn't recommended to get CoolSculpting while breastfeeding for the reasons you listed above. It is not recommended to get any cosmetic procedures done while pregnant or while breastfeeding due to studies not being done. The dead fat cells could travel to your breast tissue and milk. You should wait until you are done breastfeeding before proceeding with any treatment.

I really really want this procedure. I am breastfeeding my 3 month old baby. I can't wait until after breastfeeding because I want to breastfeed for at least one year. is this harmful to breast milk? I understand that the dead fat cells are transported by the lymphatic system. are the dead cells dangerous during breastfeeding? and does this end up in the milk via the lymphatic system? Do dead fat cells normally also leave the body via the lypathic system without the procedure?

Coolsculpting - is it harmful for breastfeeding?

CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment. After every treatment we can get rid of 20% of the fat cells in that area. Once that happens you will not remake them! However, you must do your part since the ones left over can still expand and give you the illusion that your treatment cycles did not work. The cycles are made to reduce stubborn fat that you can't get off with diet and exercise. So it is very important to continue with a better diet and more exercise, so you can appreciate the results for a lifetime.

I had CoolSculpting on inner/outer and banana roll on thighs and abdomen. The 1st round was done 06/2020 and 2nd 07/2020. I paid over $6K thinking I would lose around 25% per cycle. I HAD NO RESULTS! The technician that performed my cycles stated this happens and I probably just need to pay for more cycles. Is there anything I can do or am I just out the money? How can they charge this amount of money and produce no results, then say you need to pay us for more cycles that might work....

Has anyone had any luck with Allergan paying for Lipo following CoolSculpting? (Photos)
