Answer: Dysport and droopy eyes From the photo, the eyelid opening does not appear droopy on either side, which is called blepharoptosis. Instead, the eyelid folds seem heavy and saggy. This is called dermatochalasis. It can become more prominent after neuromodulator treatment (Dysport or Botox) to the forehead. The reason is, as the neurmodulator paralyzes the forehead muscle and, therefore, relaxes the forehead from elevating the eyebrows, the eyebrows droop. Without the eyebrow support, the eyelid folds also sag. This effect will resolve after 3-4 months, when the body metabolizes Dysport.

Answer: Dysport Hello, I am sorry you had a bad experience with dysport. Eyelid drooping can occur if the product is injected too close to the eyebrow line, the injector usually assesses areas to avoid and/or inject for best results. There is an eye drop medication that can be used to help with ptosis (eyelid droop), however, based on the picture you posted, it seems like the second injection took care of the droopiness and left you with a spock. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to reverse the effects of dysport wear off, it usually takes between 3-4 months for the medication to be completely out of the system. Best wishes.
