405cc too big? (Photo)

jac75
Hello, I go in for BA next week and I'm still very torn about the size I ended up choosing. I'm 5'3, 115lbs. The first ones I tried were 365cc but I felt they were a bit small so I went with 405cc moderate profile under the muscle. I was told that would make me a DD and I'm not sure I want to be that big! I felt fine in the cutlets until my surgeon said the cup size. I'm so worried it will be too big. Would doing the 365cc be a major downsize? Im looking to be a big C small D.
