300 cc at time of placement, 100 cc a few weeks later, anther 100cc a few weeks after that and the final was 120cc. I am 5' tall, weigh 105lbs. Told surgeon that it was very painful and the skin had started to turn red and shiny. I was told the skin was "angry" and it would be fine. 3 months after the exchange surgery, the red shiny area turned black, fell off and exposed the implant. My chest muscle was torn and not repaired when the implant was removed. Could this have been avoided?
